- The Renovation Object
Our mission was to pick an existing building in need of renovation and through visualizations show its potential and make it sellable.
I chose this croft / service house located in Askersund. I wanted to keep the industrial feeling IN THE KITCHEN ARE with old CAST IRON windows and a solid polished concrete floor whilst bringing in the warmth through the ash wood.

In the bedroom I thought it was important to contrast the large kitchen area and to make this more cozy and lived in through warm colors and a big amount of exposed wood.
