Abstraction - create a picture inspired by an artwork.
Our first assignment was to interpret a work of art and convert the colors and mood of the artwork into a room.
I chose Auguste Herbins “Composition Cubiste” from 1917. Consisting of vivid colors and distinct shapes I made this the priority and chose simplistic modern objects to replicate this.
